Griddle Cleaning Instructions:

Step 1: Clean griddle after each use, cool below 300 degree F, scrape food and debris with spatula or straight metal scraper

Step 2: Wipe down griddle surface with Paper Towel

Step 3 Apply a SMALL amount of water and scrape water and debris toward the grease trap

DO NOT USE MORE THAN 2 TABLESPOONS of water at a time.

Step 4 Wipe with paper towel to dry completely.

Step Apply a thin coat of cooking oil
