No Hassle Vacations is your fully licensed, fully insured rental equipment Resource. For more than 17 years we have specialized in providing rental equipment to the vacation homes in the greater Orlando area. Under new management since the fall of 2016, our goal is to provide the finest customer service and the cleanest, newest equipment in the rental equipment market.

We deliver to Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, Haines City, Reunion and Celebration.

Since our schedule is so dynamic, we cannot give delivery times. In order to accommodate those checking out and those checking in, our goal is to deliver all equipment between the hours of 10am – 4pm. This may vary during peak times and our delivery hours may be extended.

Yes, we deliver seven days a week.

In order for our staff to enjoy time with their families, No Hassle Vacations closes Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter and Thanksgiving. If an equipment delivery is needed during a holiday, then we will schedule delivery the day before or the day after. We are open all other holidays.

Yes, we deliver to all Orlando, Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, Haines City, Reunion, Celebration, St Cloud, Sea World Resort and Universal Resort Hotels. We are unable to leave at bell service at Disney Resorts. We will contact you to arrange a time of delivery and pick up.

All of our prices include delivery, set up, pick up and cleaning.

All of Our cribs are full size wooden cribs with a 3 or 4 inch mattresses and one drop side. All of our baby equipment is sanitized before delivery. We can also supply gender specific crib bedding if requested. We cannot set up cribs in hotel rooms or deliver crib bedding. We are unable to leave at bell service at Disney Resorts. We will contact you to arrange a time of delivery and pick up.

Absolutely! You can have peace of mind knowing that every piece of baby equipment goes thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection prior to delivery.

Most scooters come with the recommended configuration of two 12 volt, 32 amp Gel batteries. These batteries provide 15 to 20 miles of travel per charge based on average use by a 175 LB person on a flat surface. Exceeding these conditions will shorten the expected range. However, most models can be fit with optional larger batteries if more range is needed.

Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours. In addition, all models include chargers with automatic shut off. This feature allows the user to plug in the charger at night and have fully charged batteries by morning.

Call No Hassle Vacations immediately if your mobility scooter is not functioning properly. We will be able to trouble shoot over the phone to determine if the mobility scooter is immobile. It is extremely important to keep the battery fully charged.

Yes, all of our mobility scooters break down easily to fit in the trunk of a car for transport.

Our mobility scooters work best on paved pathways.

Our standard grill is a charbroil propane grill. Our BBQ grills come with a sufficient amount of propane for your stay. If additional utensils are required, they can be purchased for an additional $10.

Unless directed otherwise, all BBQ Grills are set up in the grass in the side yard near the pool area door.

A trouble shooting guide is provided with all of our BBQ´s. If you continue to have an issue after using the trouble shooting guide, call us and we will repair or replace the grill as soon as possible.

When you arrive at your hotel, check with Bell Services or the Front Desk. Most often your rental will be in the luggage room. Please be sure to return the rental to the same place that you picked it up. Any rental item left in a hotel room with incur an additional charge of $20.

Yes, No Hassle Vacations collects 7 percent sales tax on all retail deliveries.

Absolutely! We only ask that you call us as well as send an email or an on line order. Our email account isn´t always monitored. On weekends no same day delivery after 12pm.

No, No Hassle Vacations does not allow warehouse pick up but we do deliver to all motels, hotels, resorts and vacation homes in the greater Walt Disney World area.

No Hassle Vacations accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

Yes, our new on line ordering system with make it easier than ever to review and reserve equipment on line.

There is no charge for cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the day of delivery will be charge 50% of the total price of the rental.

Yes, vacation home property managers, hoteliers and vacation home owners can open a wholesale account with us at any time. Call us at 407-873-3102.

Please be aware that No Hassle Vacations reserves the right to exchange a product reserved if necessary for a product of equal or greater value. This happens occasionally if a product is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control.
